[Dixielandjazz] FTP problem solved

Many thanks to Hans Koert and Chris Calabrese who correctly identified my
FTP problem as one originating with the server, not my PC. What a relief - I
was beginning to think that I might be in big trouble!!

All is now well again - to celebrate I've changed the background music on my
website to Doctor Jazz, it's an arrangement which I recently completed.
