[Dixielandjazz] Cornet Chop Suey

Can anyone on the list please help?
I met members of the band Cornet Chop Suey at the Ascona Festival, bought a
CD and asked whether I could play tracks from it in my internet 'radio'
show.
The answer was 'yes' but confirm the details by email.
I have done that to two members and also sent a printed letter by snail
mail.
This was some time ago but so far there has been no response.
Has the band met with a sad accident which would explain the silence?
