[Dixielandjazz] Playing with Kids

List mates:

Just heard from Jonathan Russell that Frank Vignola (THE MAN on guitar these
days), after meeting him, has expressed the desire, (when he gets home from
touring) to get together and play with the 9 year old OKOM jazz violinist.

As list mates know, Ed Polcer and I play with Jonathan frequently because he
is the future of the music and should be encouraged as much as possible.
Glad to se Vignola developing the same interest.

But a question still remains: "How come few, if any, of the other band
leaders and festival producers on this list exhibit similar interest?"
