I had the good fortune of meeting Walt this past weekend at the Vintage Jazz
Festival. I can't believe how much that guy knows about jazz! He gave me a
CD he created called "Sleepers" that is really fantastic including tunes
from Hoagy Carmichael, Emil Seidel, Johnny Burris, the Levee Syncopators and
others. He and his wife came out to California for the festival mainly to
hear Titanic Jazz Band. They might not be back in Hawaii yet - they didn't
mention if they were going to do other visiting while on the mainland.

I imagine you'll hear from him as soon as snail mail permits - he's that
kind of guy.

Beth
