I was thinking of the song "Get Happy" (music: Harold Arlen words: Ted
Koehler - 1930).

Ted Lewis used the phrase "Is Everybody Happy"

Beyond that, my thoughts go to the Partridge Family "C'mon Get Happy", but
that's a different story all together.
