Good question. My aging mind recalls that Ted Lewis used to ask "Is 
Everybody Happy?"
Ben Bernie used to do these talking monologs over the music and may have 
used that kinnd if "happy" line.
But these are just stabs at an answer. I will watch with interest for 
whatever answer pops up that
may be the one you seek.
