To answer Charlie Coleman's question (and possibly lead to an interesting
thread), I am currently playing a great CD by Oscar Aleman, called "Swing
Guitar Masterpieces." This South American Guitarist was a contemporary of
Django Reinhardt, and played in a similar style (although he used a
different method of picking). Right now, he's working through a swingin'
version of Bye Bye Blues. Great stuff!
