[Dixielandjazz] FTP problem

In case you are wondering, your website is working fine. You obviously have a connection problem which might be solved by calling your dial-up service provider (testco.net?) It's sounds like your dial-up adapter has become corrupted and needs to be reinstalled....a very simple process usually.

  For some baffling reason I cannot access my website to add more music to it.
  My FTP program is WS FTP_LE, when I click the connect button no dialling
  takes place, instead up pops the following error message in red :

  !Can't get ftp.tesco.net host entry
  !Connection failed ftp.tesco.net

  It cannot be because my server is down because this happens before I am on
  line.

  Anybody know what is happening and how I can fix it?
