Dear Mike. 
Do you know about a book, entitled "jelly roll.(A BLUES)"? Before you become too excited, this is a volume of very modern short poems, many of which have jazz titles  (STRIDE PIANO, SWING, RAGTIME, HONKY TONK, BOOGIE WOOGIE, etc.), that to me have no, or very little, relevance to jazz.
