Well, Reverands always have a "the morals of this story are" don't they? In 
this case I would say it is to buy CD blanks from reputable manufacturers such 
as Sony and TDK ( and their highest grade). As of today expect to pay about 
$1.00 each. No company can make quality discs to sell at retail at 19 cents each.
