There is a name for those kind of bands known all over the world in all 
languages.

Amateurs- unemployed -wannabes  or in the case of many OKOM bands perpetually 
Retired, (not from playing just from getting paid enough to make a living)..

Some of th3em are also called Doctors, Lawyers, Congressmen, Mayors, 
Presidents and other words by working musicians.

Now that ought ot get me and Phil in lots of trouble and keep this thread 
going for a few days.
