Storyville blues (aka Bienville Blues) is on Turk
Murphy's 1950 GTJ L-12027. It says in the notes -- by
Bunk Johnson... first recorded by Bunk's Superior Band
in 1942.
I also have it as Bienville Blues, 1946, on Lu
Watters YBJB's GTJ L-12003. There the composer credit
is "traditional". It does mention that it is more
generally know as Storyville and was recorded by Bunk
in '42.
