I can't seem to find the post that led to this response ( why do things come
in back to front?) but  I remember her rendition of that timeless number :
I love you fair dinkum dinky di I do..... now if only they still wrote
lyrics like that :-)

The Harry Lime theme was composed by Anton Karas, who played it on his
zither for the film. Incidentally he had a hit single with the tune on Decca
records in the UK in 1949.
