[Dixielandjazz] Frenchy's String Band

Hi,
Tom's list of little known early bands mentioned Frenchy's String Band. 
This was a group associated with the New Orleans
  cornetist Polite Christian. It made a number of early recordings 
including one of  Bucket Got a Hole In It that
Sam Charters said  he thought might have featured the great unrecorded 
cornetist Buddy Petit.
  Bill Haesler or Brian Wood might be able to supply more information 
about personnel, recordings
  and the origin of the name.
