Many thanks for clearing up the question of the two pianists (and the two drummers), and for the info. on Andrew Morgan. I don't have a date-of-birth for Andrew, but as he was one of Sam's (born 1895) younger brothers, he must have been knocking on 70 years old when he toured Europe. I shall shortly be sending an order to Jerry for some CD's, so I'll see if he can provide it.
