[Dixielandjazz] Re: Signing the Blues

     For what follows, i tried not to send it, but i couldn't.  Sorry.

     Just can't get out of my mind's eye the picture of an old deaf 
black man in a smoky Bourbon Street cafe, sitting there in the corner 
in front of an appreciative audience, signing the blues.
