Please allow me to say something here, since I have a jazz Radio program
every Sunday at 10 AM. I like to play tracks of more than 5 minutes. Because
my audience likes OKOM, they also like to hear a long track of good music.
Furthermore I am not going to cut a play of the Preservation or Tuba fats !
of 8 minutes, My thought is that people dislike more a short (3 min.) play
then a long one.
I do research the week before the program, but I don't write any thing, I
prefer the spontaneous talking, like talking to a group of friend of what is
my passion (trad jazz).
''To keep a program bright & breezy and promote OKOM, variety and contrast,
a little education and info``. That's it what I try to do, adding some
anecdotes of jazz, history of jazz, etc.
BY the why my program is called ``Jazz y sentimientos`` (jazz and feelings).
That is jazz for me.
