Listmates,
A few days ago Kurt mentioned that he found a book about Louis Armstrong
written by Michael Cogswell, curator of the Louis Armstrong Archives. Kurt
complained that Bix's name was mis-spelled twice.
I wrote to Michael whom I have met. Below is his reply.
I have toured the Louis Armstrong Archives at Queens College in Queens &
highly recommend anyone visiting NY, to visit the Archives.
I have not had a chance to tour the newly opened Armstrong house, but intend
to the next time I am in NY.
