Hi Jim

The first occurence of the name is the opening word of the song which is
sung L.I.O.U.S.I.A.N.I.A and that is the way the title is usually written.

Incidentally the `red beans and rice, thats paradise` line reminds me of the
time, many years ago, on the occasion of my first visit to New Orleans. I
was taken home by a delightful N.O. lady who called me `Honeychile` and fed
me red beans and rice.
