for what I know Matty spent his younger days in Paducah but he later he recorded with his band named the Paducah Patrol and he wrote a tune "Paducah Parade"-- I have a recent cd that someone made for me from a two LP album by Matty named The Dixieland Story--he was an excellent player--thanks Ted-
