                         6th Annual Rent Party

Join us (Public welcome) Sunday afternoon, January 11, 2004, noon-5:00PM
at the Dante Club, 2330 Fair Oaks Blvd., Sacramento, CA.

In the 1920s when a musician needed to pay his rent, his fellow
musicians would volunteer to play for his Rent Party. They would play
for free, charge an admission, the rent would get paid, and everyone
would have a great time.

On Sunday January 11, 2004, fifteen Sacramento area bands will donate
their time and talents to help the STJS continue to present these  great
monthly  Sunday Jazz concerts that we are all accustomed to. Our  thanks
to these 15 bands, 30 volunteers and some 130 musicians. Enjoy...
