was speaking of the Magoons before Peer 39, the one @ Montgomery & Clay
Streets that used to be a German beer hall. It was a great place with a
balcony overlooking the stage.
There, Pete was in the middle rear.
At the Magoons later on Peer 39, you are correct, Pete's piano was stage
left, rear, (stage right rear from audience POV). I did play one night
there.
