THE book on Storyville is the 225 page "Storyville. New Orleans. Being an
Authenic, Illustrated Account of the Notorious Red-Light District", by the
jazz historian, Al Rose, published by the University of Alabama Press.in
1974. It contains many pictures of the "Blue Book" and its contents.
Regards.
