[Dixielandjazz] Slugger Ryan plays Honky Tonk

Probably Dick Hyman - I remember attending one of his concerts during which
he mentioned that he used to play a lot of this kind of thing under several
pseudonyms such as Willie "The Rock" Knox, Ira Ironstrings etc. I'm pretty
sure he said that Slugger Ryan was one of them.
