Bill rang me at some ungodly hour this morning (about 8.30) and told me that
he had a new modem. The tech guy connected it and lo, the original problem
was still there!
They will bring in other needed parts as soon as they can (????) and Bill
said he should be on air about 3rd March.
Great service.
I will go to Sydney (only about 200 miles) and have a beer with him on
Monday.
