[Dixielandjazz] CD Production Costs

This message is for anyone who has recently produced a CD and knows the
costs of production.  I'm researching the costs in order to produce a CD for
my band and I'd like to see if the price I found from a local vendor is the
best available or if there is another source I'm not aware of that has a
better deal.
