[Dixielandjazz] Jazz Pseudonyms

Folks--
     While subjecting a defenseless cowpart to various heat-related 
indignities, i decided to listen to the Eddie Condon CBS recordings 
from around 1953-54, which i have on cassette, courtesy of a friend. 
After the process of humectation, mastication, and deglutition of the 
said cowpart was sucessfully accomplished, i wondered if this 
multi-LP set was on CD, so i commenced thrashing around the web 
looking for it.
     Although i found it, i also ran across a website about jazz 
discographies by Mike Fitzgerald (http://www.eclipse.net/~fitzgera/) 
that had a link to some pseudonyms of some jazz luminaries compiled 
by Jack Woker (http://www16.brinkster.com/fitzgera/pseudo.htm).  Here 
are some of them (on the website, the recording is also given):
