To all my California Listmates -

        Regarding your "going for it" by joining a class action lawsuit
against Microsoft, I post this caveat.  For all your troubles, in the
settlement which always takes place in these type cases, you as individuals
in the suit will literally receive token pennies, compared to the
hundreds-of thousands or even millions raked in by your lawyers.  So "go for
it" and help make these guys rich when they sell out to Bill in Seattle.
