The curator surmises it is a Netscape problem, but I'm seeing from you all an approx 35/40%-50% split between Netscape-IE for actually accessing the broadcasts.  So, as I figured long ago with my old dialup connection, quality of connection just might be the culprit.  (I'm now DSL at home, so I have high hopes once I get there tonight.)

Last poll:  How many of you that can access them are DSL/high speed?  (Privately to me, so as to not clog the list any further...),
