     JOE BARNETT, LISA BOWMAN, and SAMANTHA SAMUELS.
BARNETT is a director, choreographer, vocal coach, pianist and
celebrated singer in his own right. A driving musical force in the Bay Area, 
his
Musical Director credits range from Placido Domingo to COMPANY.
BOWMAN is a versatile actress, singer, sportscaster and a veteran of
such  Broadway productions as A CHORUS LINE, THE SOUND OF MUSIC,
and Sammy Cahn’s WORDS AND MUSIC.
       SAMUELS is an internationally celebrated, award-winning Cabaret
      Star known for her portrayal of ‘Edith Piaf’ in PIAF - NO REGRETS,
      RODGERS & HAMMERSTEIN...WITH HART!,  and the children’s 
      production, KABARET FOR KIDS.

WHY:        Last year, the award-winning cast of the musical revue We’ll Take
Manhattan followed the record-breaking success of that show with another
theatrical milestone - the Hit musical revue ’S WONDERFUL.  Both shows
broke box office records and received overwhelming audience and critical
response.  
       On the heels of ‘S WONDERFUL’s Southern California debut, the
celebrated cast is reuniting for a special Holiday revival of this musical
memory here in Contra Costa where it began.  A Sentimental Journey through
the Songs of the 30’s & 40’s, ‘S WONDERFUL celebrates the songs that kept
America hopeful through the war, depression, and glamour of that classic era. 

>From the Gershwins and Irving Berlin to Fred Astaire and Judy Garland, these
are the songs that America is still singing today.
