[Dixielandjazz] Haunting Music

I dropped into a site this morning http://www.prheinekenjazz.com and then
immediately clicked onto "profile".

Not exactly OKOM but haunting and intimate music played (in my opinion) 
with fantastic feeling that brought tears to my eyes.  
Am I in need of medical attention ?
