Mark your calendars!

Russ Phillips hails from Chicago where he appears every Thursday
evening at Andy's Jazz Club. He has performed with the likes of
Howard Alden, the Four Freshmen, Bob Haggart, Lionel Hampton,
Dick Hyman, Bucky Pizzarelli and Doc Severinsen, just to name a
few. Russ has been to THE Sacramento Jazz Jubilee many times with
the Midwest All-Stars but this is his first Jazz Sunday
appearance.

Parmys Weinberg will open the Main Stage at noon. Ms. Weinberg is
the Tuesday through Thursday pianist at the world renown
restaurant Biba's, at 28th and Capitol in Sacramento.

There will be Jazz in three rooms; Main Stage, Cabaret and
Tailgate.
