Yes; what HE said.

Reading Tom's comment again, in full context, I agree that Tom was referring
to our "cheesy pop culture" -- hardly anything to be arrogant about!

In truth, one of the things I like so much about my friend, Wiggins, is that
he actually has a greater knowledge and appreciation for other cultures than
do most Americans.
