[Dixielandjazz] melodies and voice ranges

Check the range of the melody.  For male voices, Do to Do songs are usually
in Eb, F, or G.  Sol  to Sol songs lie best in Bb or, occasionally, Ab.
This is independent, of course, of the "traditional' key a song is played
in.  This only applies to how a melody lies best for the male voice.
