To all of you so righteously concerned about roylties and musicians getting their 'due' royalties, I think that there is one thing you need to know.

The Copyrights to songs and recordings have long ago been bought up by lawyers.  They are the only ones making a dime out of any of this.  Forget about whining away for the poor musicians...they got their money in front. ( if they were dealing with actual record companies rather than somebodies garage operation).  

The lawyers involved in this scam know how to go after the money.  You will notice that there is a flurry of activity in the media.  Of course...this is all part of a very slick operation. They will chase down a few copyright violaters and get it in the media.  This is all part of a campaign to scare everyone into paying up.

so...my advice to those who are wringing their hands over paying royalties, is to take those misguided concerns and flush them down the toilet. Go and enjoy music, however you get it.
