[Dixielandjazz] Thread--more band names

Glad Bob Romans liked the additional band names from bassist-bandleader Igor
Glenn.  I have it on good authority ( his wife Barbara) that these were
composed while Igor was still high on legal drugs from a minor (successful)
medical procedure.  ( I say "minor" as an outsider, because it one of these
things happens to you, it ain't minor at all!)
