[Dixielandjazz] Just an Alabama...

Seems to me (as someone who has lived in both the USA and Europe) that 
anyone who has ever KNOWN a black person would know damn well that the word 
'nigger' is deeply offensive. That some young African-Americans may choose 
to use the word amonsgt and about themselves is up to them.....much as, in a 
greatly diluted context, I might refer to myself as a Limey, but would not 
be overly pleased if an American used it to me (unless a dear friend and in 
jest).
