    The Medina River flows thru a large part of the beautiful Texas Hill
Country.  Years ago a song that was very popular in the dance halls in the
area was in the C & W genre and entitled "When the Moon Comes  /\ on the
Medina, I'll Be Going \/ on You".  A recording was made by an area string
band, but the song for some reason or other never got much play over the
radio.

    So much for sweet, sentimental moon songs.  I'm sorry Boondockers, but I
don't have the score or the lyrics.
