I don't know about that. The tidal effects upon the planet from the moon are 
quite real and if the ocean should rise in response to the moon's passing 
(especially at the full moon when it is in opposition to the sun which 
exerts the strongest tidal effects) I see no reason to argue that this would 
have absolutely no effect on human beings (or any living creature for that 
matter).

I think it might have a great effect upon behavior and our response to such 
things a music.
