I've had it since March and seem to find  more reasons for using it every 
day. It's valuable not only in helping me to date and find personnel info. for my 
records but also in providing answers to more general questions I hadn't 
thought of when I bought it. It's a comprehensive collection of  (so far as I can 
see to date) correct information, and the search features make light work of 
research.

So I'd recommend it - I'm thoroughly enjoying using it and I'm looking 
forward to the upgrade.
