This Sunday (5/18/03) Jazz Forum meets 1:30 to 5:00 PM at the Moose Lodge,  
1600 Ocean Park Blvd., Santa Monica, CA.  The feature this month is Jack 
Sheldon's California Cool Quartet.  The great trumpeter made his TV debut on 
the Steve Allen show, and was a comic and music director on the Merv Griggin 
show.  He has worked with Goodman, Kenton, Torme and Bennett - he's been 
around!.. 
 Other sets are for sit-in musicians.   Admission $8, members $6,  performing 
musicians free. There is dancing and a full bar with reasonable drink prices
