Dear Fred,
Good news re your jazz reference book.
Put me down for a copy.
However, I was surprised at your comment about " a manuscript of some 50 books
and 75 pages".
I would have thought that there are a lot more jazz books than that.
I have never counted my (fairly) modest collection, but would have thought it
would be in the 100s.
