Does anyone have the lyrics to this tune, or know where Ican find them?

Well, here's what I sing--(a Chicago version by Charlie Hooks):

Gotta get my old tuxedo pressed
Gotta sew a button on my vest (cause)
Tonight I've got to look my best!
Lulu's back in town.

Gotta find a half-a-buck somewhere,
Shine my shoes--slick my hair--
Gotta find myself a boutonierre (sp?)

You can tell all my pets
   My near-north-side coquettes:
   Charlie Hooks sends his regrets,
   Ain't gonna be around!

You can tell the mailman not to call,
Ain't gonna git back home till Fall--
(spoken) In fact, I might not git home at all!

This is a fun tune with a great bass-loop bass line! Enjoy!
