Perhaps my aging faculties are failing, but I want to find out from 
Al Levy how to purchase his stuff and the only reference to email 
that I could spot on his Web site was

    "Please send all comments to our email address: Al Levy Musician at 
    large."

which will not work.

Anyone got an email address for Al?
