[Dixielandjazz] piano style from Scott Joplin to Willie "The Lion"

"Maple Leaf Rag" by Scott Joplin (his MS with his recording), Brun
Campbell, Eubie Blake, 

Jelly Roll Morton ("St. Louis" and "Correct" versions), James P.
Johnson, and Willie "The Lion" Smith.
