I was reading a book last week in which a Californian  teacher was explaining 
to her class the wickedness of inflicting smoking on others.
 What about when you are on your own, asked a pupil.
No. said teacher Its smells up the room
What about in the middle of a field. pursued the kid.
Definitely not. said teacher. You might drop the ash and START A FIRE.

I hear that in California  booths that sell cigarettes are going to be issued 
with guns and a licence to shoot anyone puchasing cigarettes to stop themn 
perpetrating a felony.
