Hi Nick and all others,

I can assure you that the King Oliver 'post-Louis' recordings are all
available in the UK either on the Frog or JSP label and Wa Wa Wa is also on Classics
639. Incidently with less than perfect sound the track is also on a cheapo
Brit issue priced at £GBP2.95 or £GBP2.51 (US$4 approx)

I really can't understand why you people in America still expect to find
classic jazz recordings on labels like Decca, Columbia, etc. etc. Practically
every classic jazz recordings from the 1920s and 1930s is available on CD but in
nearly every case it is on the British and European specialist jazz labels
rather than the major record companies.

Also can I plead with people to buy their CDs from the specialists rather
than people like Amazon. We specialist try to provide a proper service backed by
some specialist knowledge and whilst we cannot always compete on price the
personal service and knowledge more than compensates for the extra cents or
pennies.

Cheers,

Jerry,
Norwich,
U.K.
