We've been thru the euphonium plural thing on TubaEuph somewhat recently--indeed, Euphonium is more Greek than Latin, but it's typically not something that is pluralized very often either.  Accept it as possibly another bastardization incorporated into the English language --"euphoniums"-- and just don't forget that it's "tubist" not "tubaist".
