Hi Dave,

I believe the notes in the top part are (in cornet pitch):
F' E' Eb' D' Db' C' B Bb A G E F
and in the lower part:
A Ab G Gb F E Eb D Db C Ab, A,

As you said, almost entirely chromatic, but with a little twist at the end.
