What a godawful sound a band following this principle must have. What is the
hierarchy among the horns (Seig Heil), If the piano is electric does that
move it further down the order?
A Band (not just jazz bands) is a band, a unit, an entity. If you want a
hierarchy get a Sidney or Louis or Jack T and you may get away with it if
the rest of the band are one.
